• What happens if it rains or weather is bad?

I keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to your session and will stay in touch with you, especially the day before. If the weather looks like it may affect your experience or the quality of the photos, we'll decide together to move forward or reschedule. I also have rain protection for my camera, so light rain isn't always a dealbreaker!

• What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Please note that payments are non-refundable. Reschedules are offered if weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for your session, or if I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances on my end. In those cases, we'll work together to find a new date that works for both of us.

• What happens if I’m late to my session?

Please plan to arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within that time, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other booking. if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your session will be considered a no-show, and I may need to leave. Missed time cannot be added to your session, and late arrivals are not eligible for rescheduling.
